周忠法，字山神，号山里，1955年生，浙江诸暨人，2003年结业于北京中国书画函授大学书法高研班及花鸟画研修班。
现为中国书画家联谊会会员，中国书画家协会会员，中国当代书画名家协会会员，中国毛体书法艺术家协会会员，绍兴市、诸暨市美术家协会会员、书法家协会会员，国家一级书画家。书画作品曾在全国性书画大赛中荣获一等奖、金奖、银奖40余次。
现授聘为中国书画研究院研究员，中华文化研究院院士，中国国际艺术家协会艺术顾问，中国书法艺术院院士，北京墨缘宝书画院院士、北京六艺嘉韵书画艺术研究院院士、中国艺术家协会，中国文人美术家协会理事，世界榜书联合会、上海榜书研究会常务理事，中国国际现代艺术研究中心高级研究员，北京华夏国艺书画院高级书画师，北京东方兰亭国际书画艺术中心，客座教授、名誉院长。
Zhou Zhongfa, styled ShanGod, was born in 1955 in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province. In 2003, he completed the Calligraphy Research Class of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University and the Flower and Bird Painting Training Class in Beijing.
Now he is a member of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, member of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, member of Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Masters Association, member of Chinese Mao Body Calligraphy Artists Association, member of Shaoxing City and Zhuji Artists Association, member of Calligraphers Association, national first-class calligrapher and painter.
